We are unable to accept returns on DTF items. Once prints leave the store, we are no longer responsible for them.

We will work quickly to process your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an text with further information. Pick up can be during business hours, or left in the drop box if requested.

Etsy is a platform we recommend to purchase ready-to-print PNG files. By uploading a file for print, you certify that you have the rights to print the design. River Bend Outfitters takes no responsibility for trademark or copyright infringement.

Artwork must be print ready: We only accept 300 DPI PNG files with a transparent background. If your artwork does not meet these requirements, we may cancel your order. If you are having trouble with resolution, please reach out and we try to assist you.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. In-store pick up or drop box pick-up are options as well.
